Frequently asked questions

How many burgers can I stack with separator paper?

There is no strict technical limit, but from a practical and quality point of view, it is recommended to stack a maximum of 4-6 burgers interleaved with separator paper. For taller stacks, the weight of the upper burgers can deform the lower ones. For freezer packing, stacks of 4 units with interleaved paper are the most common format in artisan butcher’s shops.
